Microwave Digestion / Extraction System

It is a high-performance microwave labstation for rapid sample preparation of trace elements for AA, AF, ICP, and ICP-MS analysis. This instrument offers an integrated approach to microwave sample preparation with control of physical parameters as temperature, pressure, and microwave power during the digestion process. This system and its accessories are compatible with U. S. EPA methods for microwave digestion, including 3015a, 3051a, and 3052.

· Continuous Microwave Power, Non-pulsed Power Supply
· Maximum Microwave Power:
· 1000W, Dynamically adjusted between 0~1000W based on the pressure and temperature inside vessels.
· Process up to 6 vessels per run;
· Pressure control of each vessel, controllable pressure range: 0.1~5.0Mpa (750psi);
· Accurate Temperature Control system,
Maximum controllable temperature 250º C (inside vessel);
· Preset up to 30 reaction methods for different samples, samples, each method contains up to 6programmed steps
Including preset pressure, Temperature, reaction time and maximum microwave power etc.
· Multiple patented mechanism for safety protection(over-pressure release, high temperature alarm, safety membranes, etc. )
· Two page Crisp Monitor to display both reaction data (pressure, temperature, time, microwave power and working steps, etc. ) and accumulating curves of temperature and pressure inside reaction vessel.
